There are two different navigation menus avaliable on Full Out to help you get through the platform:

  • Vertical Left Navigation Menu: Lists the different pages and offerings that Full Out can provide for your business.
  • Top Navigation Bar: Highlights quick links to get you information or actionable tasks more quickly.

You have the option to customize the Left Navigation Menu two different ways to make the platform focused on your offerings, and control the permissions for your team.

Staff User Permissions

Admin can assign their other admin staff additional permissions using the Staff Roles feature. Once a new staff role is defined, any staff members can be assigned the role which allows them to access things such as Admin Reports, Billing information or a variety of other permissions.

Admin Navigation Menu

Choose which pages you want displayed on the left hand navigation menu for the admin platform. This will hide the page from all admin, regardless of the staff permissions set. This does not remove the feature or history associated with it. For example - if you do not offer Parties and would like to simplify your side menu, you can now remove it from the menu. If you choose to offer something later, you can always reenable it!

To customize - go to Settings > App Settings > Admin App

Top Navigation Bar  

Messages [Chat Bubble Icon]

This will take you to the Communication > Chat. The count is unread chat messages.


Tasks [Square Check Icon]

Tasks will appear when there is an actionable task for your admin to perform. This can be approving enrollments, parties, or payment plans.


Notification [Bell Icon]

Feed of all the actions different users are taking across the platform that do not require admin approval.


Quick Sale [Shopping Cart Icon]

The quick sale feature is a fast way to create a new invoice for a family. When searching for a family, you can create a new draft or open an existing document.  


Location Select [Map Pin]

This will only appear on admin if you have multiple Full Out Platform's for different locations.
