Team Session

A team session does not allow for public enrollment and requires admins to add athletes to teams within a team session. Teams have multiple features avaliable such as group billing, dedicated bulletins, group chats, event management, and more.


Settings and Configurations for Team Session:

  • There are no registration dates for a team session, this is because we do not have team sessions as an eligible enrollment on the parent app.
  • Team Post Date is a field that allows you to set when team information is avaliable for parents on the parent app. This ensures if you are building rosters prior to announcing teams, you won't risk spoiling it for the parents!
  • Class Start & End are the dates in which athletes are enrolled in a session.
