Creating Recreational Classes

The first step to creating your classes is creating a session. Once you’re inside the session, you will see the Class Schedule section below the session details. In the top right corner of the Class Schedule section, click the green plus to create a new class.

Enter in the class title and select the enrollment access.

  • Instant Approval - if the athlete meets the age requirement for the class and there is a spot open, they will be instantly enrolled
  • Requires Approval - all enrollments for this class must be approved by an admin user

Enter the schedule for the class

Fill in the day and time as well as the capacity for the class. The room and teacher fields are optional. If there is more than one occurrence of this class, you can click the plus button below and add additional occurrences of the class.

  • If a class meets twice a week, you can select two days in one occurrence. However, this means that everyone on that roster would be enrolled in both class times. If you want to keep the rosters separate, create multiple occurrences.

Once you have added the basic class details, it will open up the class settings.

Enter Class Settings

Tip: Click the blue pencil button in the bottom right corner if you want to edit a page.
