Enroll Athlete in Rec Class or Team

You can enroll athletes in classes or teams several ways.

Rec Option 1: Add them directly on the class page

1. Navigate to the class you need to add the athlete to
2. Select the occurrence
3. Switch to the Class Roster tab
4. Click the Green Plus on the right side
5. Follow the steps in the pop up window

Team Option 1: Add them directly on the team page

1. Navigate to the team you are enrolling the athlete on
2. Select the roster tab
3. Click the Green Plus on the right side
4. Search for the athlete you are enrolling
5. If billing for this team has already started a pop up window will prompt you to select which fees this athlete needs to be billed for. If the athlete does not need to be billed for any previous fees, you can mark "No" to "Do you want to create an invoice for fees that have already occurred?"

Option 2: Enroll an athlete from their user profile

1. Navigate to the athlete's user profile page
2. On the Enrollments tab, click "New Enrollment"
3. In the pop up window on the right, select the Session, Team or Class, and Occurrence
4. Enroll!

Enrolling in Class on Same Day

When you enroll an athlete into a class after the class has already ended for the day, you will have two options for billing. A modal will pop up asking if you want to:

1. Charge for Today-This will bill the parents for today's class and upcoming classes
2. Skip Today- This will bill the parents for future classes only.
