Tasks
Tasks are an important tool for your admin to stay on top of requests from parents. There are three types of tasks:
| Enrollment | This will be for anything that requires approval, all types of enrollments (classes, events, camps, trials) will show up here! Note that the count of the tasks are for the amount of activities under the enrollment, not the counts of each individual request. |
| Party | Parties are the only enrollment request that has its own type of task due to many gyms having dedicated party staff. |
| Billing |
If a family has a payment plan attached to their profile (wether parent requested at checkout or added by an admin) each invoice that is created for that family will have a task to approve the payment plan. You can either accept, edit, or decline these to remove the task. If the payment plan is no longer applicable, please remove it from the family. |
