Setting Up a Drop-in Only Class

Drop-in Settings

First you will want to create a drop-in policy for this class. Reference this article on how to create a drop-in policy.  To ensure your drop-in settings will allow the class to be drop-in only, use these settings. Any setting not listed you can customize to fit your policy.

• If schedule is full, allow drop-in?
  • Yes
• Set max per class per day.
  • Use this field as your capacity
• Can parents exceed capacity?
  • Yes (if you have the Allow enrollment on parent app? set to yes)

Class Settings

These settings will ensure your class is drop-in only. Any setting not listed you can customize to fit your policy.

• Class Details
  • Class Description: Note that this is a drop-in only class
  • Occurrence capacity set to  0
• One Time Enrollments
  • Enable Drop-ins and select the policy you created above
  • Over Capacity Maximum: Set this to the Drop-in capacity
