Drop-In

Drop-Ins allow you to have single day sign ups for an athlete instead of adding them to the roster for a recreational class.

To Set Up:

  1. Go to the One Time Enrollments tab on a class and click the edit button in the bottom right corner
  2. Enable Drop-Ins and customize the settings to meet your classes requirements
    1. Billing: You can set the cost to $0 but you must still select a billing category
    2. Allow on Parent App: This will enable parents to enroll their athletes in a class using a drop-in
      1. If you allow athletes to sign up for a drop in the same day as the class, enter 0 for minimum days in advance
      2. If you require approval, you will get a task in admin similar to class enrollments and trials
    3. Instant Pay: If you do not require approval for a drop-in, you can force payment upon checkout and it does not allow the athlete to hold that spot until payment is successful.
  3. Click Save

Adding Drop-In from Admin:

You must have the settings for drop-ins enabled before you can add an athlete as a drop-in to a class.

  1. Go to the class occurrence you would like to schedule
  2. Navigate to the third tab, One-Time Enrollments
  3. Click the green + button and select Drop-In
  4. Fill out the modal and save

Once a Drop-In is scheduled, admin can cancel or reschedule the drop-in by going to the attendance record for that day.

Scheduling a Drop-In from Parent:

  1. Select New Enrollment from the Main Menu on Parent App
  2. Under Class Registration, select Drop-In
  3. Follow the steps to complete the registration flow
  4. Submit
    1. If instant approval and instant pay are on, they will be billed and the spot will be reserved immediately.
    2. If instant approval is on and instant pay is not, they will have a draft invoice made upon checkout.
    3. If it requires approval, once the athlete is approved by admin they will have a draft invoice made.
