Enrollment Emails

If families have the Full Out app downloaded with notifications enabled, they will receive a push notification for each enrollment change for athletes in their family. However, you can set an additional communication point for families by enabling automated enrollment emails.

From Settings > Communication - adjust your communication preferences for automated enrollment emails. When you have an automated email turned on, it will be sent upon the action being complete.

  • All transactional emails will come from [yourgymname]@app.fulloutsoftware.com
  • Reply-To can be set in case parents respond directly to emails
  • Turn on and off using the active / inactive slider
  • Use the preview tool to see what it will look like when it is sent
  • Send test emails
  • Click the edit pencil to update the templated text that is sent on an email
  • If you change the enrollment status for multiple classes, a family will get an email for each enrollment change.
Email Name Description
Enrollment Declined Athlete was declined from a class.
Enrollment Dropped Athlete has been dropped from a class.
Enrollment Enrolled Athlete is enrolled in a class. This includes after a scheduled enrollment or transfer is completed.
Enrollment Transferred Athlete has a transfer that will be taking place.
Event Enrollment Enrolled Athlete is enrolled in an event.
Waitlist Enroll Avaliable Manual email that is sent from a classes waitlist.
