Set the Reply-To

Setting a Reply-To tells our system where responses to your email should go. When recipients hit “Reply,” their message will be sent directly to the email address you choose, instead of the default sender address. While this works in the vast majority of cases, some email clients, forwarding setups, or security tools may override it, so it’s not guaranteed for every recipient.


The Reply-To is set when an individual email is sent from the system, if you change the email addresses after an email is sent it will not update.

To Set:

  1. Go to Settings > Business Details
  2. Click the edit pencil on the top right
  3. Under the Contact Information header, update the "Reply To Email" and click save
