Updating an Enrollment
Full Out provides a history for enrollment status to show the date and other relevant details based on the status. To update an enrollment status or view its history - click view / edit history on an athletes enrollment.

| Pending Request | This is a pending request and does not count towards capacity or the waitlist | Date User |
| Trial | If someone enrolled via trial - it will show the trial status as the first history item. | |
| Enrolled | An athlete that is on the roster counting towards class capacity. | Date Approved Approved By First Class |
| Waitlist | Athlete's that are not counting towards class capacity but are interested in joining the class. Click here to learn more about managing waitlists. |

| Drop | Athlete is no longer enrolled in the class and dropped. Click here to learn more about how to drop an athlete. |

| Transfer | Similar to drop, but will move the athlete into a new class. This will help you keep a record of athletes that are still involved with your program. Transferring an athlete will not create a new billing event. |
