Updating an Enrollment

Full Out provides a history for enrollment status to show the date and other relevant details based on the status. To update an enrollment status or view its history - click view / edit history on an athletes enrollment.

Pending Request This is a pending request and does not count towards capacity or the waitlist

Trial If someone enrolled via trial - it will show the trial status as the first history item.
Enrolled An athlete that is on the roster counting towards class capacity.

Waitlist

Athlete's that are not counting towards class capacity but are interested in joining the class.

Drop

Transfer

Similar to drop, but will move the athlete into a new class. This will help you keep a record of athletes that are still involved with your program.
