Copy Bulletin

No more copy & paste when you want to send out a bulletin to more than one class! After posting the first bulletin, you can select the other class bulletins that you would like to send this message out to. Some examples of when you might want to do this are:

  • Notifying specific classes that you will be closed for weather
  • Sending competition information to teams that will be attending
  • Announcing a clinic or camp offered to students in specific classes

Editing A Copied Bulletin

The Original Bulletin

If you edit the original bulletin, it will ask you if you want to either:

  • Update all copies of bulletin
  • Do not update copies of bulletin
    • WARNING: If you do this, you will break the connection between these bulletins and not be able to update all of them. You will have to manually edit each one moving forward as they do not all share the same content anymore.

A Copied Bulletin

If you update one singular copy of a bulletin, it will only update that copy. By updating this copy, you will break the connection this bulletin has with the original bulletin as they do not contain the same content anymore.
