Recreation Bulletin

Bulletin's are a one-way communication method that gyms can use to send information to families. Recreation classes do not have group chats, to not allow recreation parents access to talk to each other.

1. Bulletin Navigation: This is where you will access all bulletins
2. Class Header: This is where you will access all Recreation bulletins
3. Rec Class: Select the individual recreation class that you would like to post a bulletin
4. Occurrences: You can select bulletins that have gone to all occurrences, or just specific ones
5. New: The new button is how you will create a new bulletin
6. Published Status: You can view what is published, saved, or an archived post

Posting A Bulletin from Admin

After hitting the +New button in the top right corner, you will be sent to the page below.

1. Name the Bulletin
2. Select if you want it to be sent to all occurrences, or just a specific one.
3. Bulletin Authors: The user creating the bulletin will always be the author, however you do have the option to add additional authors like other coaches!
4. Use different options to format the bulletin post.
5. Add an attachment to the bulletin like a photo, video, or PDF
6. You have the option to publish your bulletin immediately, which will send a push notification to your parents that have the app downloaded and notifications turned on... OR you can save as a draft and come back later!

Once the bulletin is published, it will show on the page! You can edit, look at read receipts, or favorite the post for it to stay at the top of the feed!
