Email Future Sessions

When you need to email rec or team sessions that are scheduled to start in the future, you can do so using marketing segments. Start by creating a new marketing segment by navigating to Settings > Communication > Marketing Segments.

Configuring Your Marketing Segment Settings

For this segment, you will want to add either the Rec Session Enrollment or Team Session Enrollment filter depending on if you are emailing a future rec class or a team.

A dropdown menu will appear allowing you to select either No Enrollment history, future enrollments, current enrollments, past enrollments, or specific session. You will choose specific session. A second dropdown menu will appear allowing you to select which session you would like to email. The selection includes all current and future rec/team sessions.

Now, you can send a marketing email using this marketing segment! Any users enrolled in that session will receive the email.
