Partial Payments

By default, all families have partial payments set to off. Learn how to enable partial payments for everyone in your gym in this article. However, there are multiple reasons that you may decide to enable partial payments such as:

  • Parents of divorced athletes can sign in and each pay their portion
  • Setting up payment plans on overdue invoices

Turning on partial payments for a family will still require the family to go to the invoice and type in the amount they want to pay. Learn how to auto-split between two cards in this article.


How to Enable Partial Payments for a Family

  1. Navigate to the Family Page you would like to enable this feature
  2. Select Payment Settings
  3. Click the edit button in the bottom right hand corner
  4. Change Allow Partial Payments to Enabled
