Party Manager-Party Settings

Navigate to Settings > Party Manager> Party Settings to update the settings for your Party Manager.

Party Settings

The Party Setting section is where you will configure the settings for how parents will go about booking a party. The different options you have for these settings include:

  1. All In-App Party Requests: Choosing "Yes" will allow parents the ability to book parties on the Full Out app.
  2. Require Admin Approval: If you want the ability to approve or deny party requests, choose "Yes" in the dropdown menu.
  3. Require Instant Deposit Payment: If you would like parents to pay a deposit when they book the party, choose "Yes". This option is not available when approval is required for the booking.
  4. Black-Out Period for Parent Booking: This setting gives you the option to set a minimum amount of days parents are required to book their party. The number you put here is the number of days prior to an open party date that parents can still book. The date will block users from booking a party if they are not within that time frame.
  5. Max-Months in Advance for Parent Booking: In this section, you will determine how far in advance you would like parents to be able to book a party in the app.

Party Types

If you offer more than one type of party, such as birthday or graduation parties, you can add those options to this section. Press the green plus button to name the party type and configure the settings. You can also choose the location as well as mark whether you want parents to be able to customize what is displayed as the party name or if it will simply be the name of the athlete.

Once you've added all of your party type, you will be able to toggle them on or off as well as update the settings for each party type directly from this page.

Custom Message

Choose whether or not you want a custom message that is displayed on the app before parents book the party. If you select yes, a text box will appear with a default message that you can customize for your gym.
