Chat Options

Access the chat feature by navigating to Communication > Chat. This page offers various chat options to communicate with users across your platform. These options include:

1. Teams: Full Out allows you to chat directly with all teams in your platform. Scroll through the list of teams housed under this heading, select the team you want, and start typing your message. You can also access the team chat by navigating directly to the team page and clicking the message icon under the team name.
2. Family—Admin: All families will be house under this section allowing the admin to send a message directly to a family or look through the message history for each family. Admin can also begin a private chat with a family from the family page by clicking the Go to Family Chat button directly below the family name.
3. Staff—Direct: Begin a private chat with a specific staff user under this section by starting a new thread and typing in the name of the staff member you want to start a conversation with.
4. Staff—Groups: This chat option gives admin the ability to have chats with specific staff groups including ones that have been pre-made based off staff roles and ones that the admin creates for specialty groups such as coaches, team leads, or rec teachers. Begin a new staff group chat by clicking into this option on Communication > Chat page and select the blue New Group button.
