Annual Membership Fee
An annual membership fee, also referred to as an enrollment fee or membership fee, is a yearly charge that grants customers access to the services and benefits provided by your gym. It helps cover administrative costs and ensures continued membership for the year. This fee is typically separate from tuition or program-specific costs.

- Based on your gyms policies, you will need to set up the chart that shows the cost of each athlete per family. The date on the right is the cost of a fee starting that day. If you need to prorate the fee, please look at the next section below the setup!
Cost per athlete
In this screenshot example, you can see the first athlete in the family will be charged $35 and the second athlete in the family will be charged $10.x If a family has 3 or more children, the 3+ athletes will be charged $0.

Cost per family
In the screenshot below, we only set the price on the first athlete therefore making it a fee for an entire family. The first athlete in a family will be charged the price $50, and the 2+ will be charged $0.

How to Prorate
Wether you do cost per athlete or cost per family, you can set future dates to prorate the annual membership fee. In our example below, starting December 19th the gym wanted to discount the first athlete to $20.00. Therefore, any family that enrolls after December 19th the first athlete will be charged $20.00 instead of $35.00 without you loosing the fee itself.
