End a Class Early

If you are no longer offering a class, or a specific occurrence of a class, you can end it before the session end date.

End a Class and All of Its Occurrences

To end an entire class early:

1. Navigate to the class.
2. On the Class Details page, select End Class Early at the bottom of the page.
3. In the pop-up window, review any future enrollments that may be impacted and complete the following fields:
   • Last Day of Class – Select the final day the class should meet.
   • Make-Up Tokens – Choose whether to Keep or Delete make-up tokens after the class is ended.
   • Scheduled Transfers – Choose whether athletes scheduled to transfer out of this class should continue to transfer as planned:
     • Yes – Continue outward transfers as scheduled
     • No – Do not continue outward transfers

Once saved, the class and all of its occurrences will end on the selected date.

End a Specific Class Occurrence

If you only need to end one occurrence of a class early, there are two ways to do so.

Option 1: From the Class Overview Page

1. Go to the Class Overview page.
2. Click the three dots next to the class day you would like to end.
3. Complete the pop-up window:
   • Last Day of Class – Select the final day for that occurrence.
   • Make-Up Tokens – Choose whether to Keep or Delete make-up tokens after the class is ended.
   • Scheduled Transfers – Choose whether athletes scheduled to transfer out of this class should continue to transfer as planned:
     • Yes – Continue outward transfers as scheduled
     • No – Do not continue outward transfers

Option 2: From the Class Page

1. Open the class page.
2. Click the settings wheel and select End Early.
3. Complete the pop-up window:
   • Last Day of Class – Select the final day for that occurrence.
   • Make-Up Tokens – Choose whether to Keep or Delete make-up tokens after the class is ended.
   • Scheduled Transfers – Choose whether athletes scheduled to transfer out of this class should continue to transfer as planned:
     • Yes – Continue outward transfers as scheduled
     • No – Do not continue outward transfers
