Camp Add Ons
Camp Add Ons are a way for you to have additional offerings for athletes while for the days that they are enrolled. Some of the common add ons we see are:
- Camp Shirt
- Lunch
- Field Trips
You can use add ons for extended care as well, however our extended care feature gives you additional tooling such as rosters on the check-in page, specialized billing, and more.
How to Set Up
Camp Add Ons are enabled on the individual Camp Period, to give you the flexibility of having different options for different weeks.
- Go to the Camp Period and select Add-Ons
- Click the green + to create a new one
- Add-On Name: This will be the name parents see in the registration flow
- Active: If you are setting this up and don't want parents to see it yet, select No.
- Description: Add more information about what the add on is
- Add On Configuration:
- Once Per Period: Athletes have the option to select this add on once per period, not per days of enrollment. Ex: 1 camp shirt versus 5 because they are attending M-F.
- Per Enrollment Day: Athletes have the option to select this add on for every day you offer it if they are enrolled. Ex: Can select 5 days of lunch instead of 1 day of lunch.
- If you are offering an add on that is only avaliable for one day, like a Wednesday Field Trip, select Per Enrollment Day and customize the days that it is avaliable only on Wednesday. This ensures that only athletes enrolled in the Wednesday day will have the option to join the field trip.
- Add-On Price: Set the price for the add on
- When to Bill:
- Upon Enrollment: This will send when the athlete is approved for camp or if you add an addon after enrollment
- With Tuition: This will send when the camp period is configured to send tuition for the week of camp
- Line Item Name & Billing Category: Customize how you want the add to appear on the invoice
- Has Custom Questions: If you need to ask questions (like a tshirt size or offer options like cheese pizza versus pepperoni) to get an accurate count of the add on prior to camp, set up custom questions that parents will be required to fill out when adding this to their enrollment.
- You can either have the options configured with a drop down menu or a custom text box.
- Click save!
