Camp Extended Care

Want to provide extra care options to your families? You can setup your camp to have extended care! Extended care is avaliable for parents to sign up in the app, and has special features to allow you to see rosters and who is signed up from the athlete check in pages.

Depending on what you offer to families, you can set up extended care two different ways:

• One Extended Care
  • If you only offer either before or after your camp OR you require people to sign up for both, this is the best option!
  • The icon on the camp roster for athletes enrolled in extended care will show an EC with this configuration.
• Separate Before & After Care
  • With this option configured - you will be able to set two different extended cares that people can choose to sign up for one or both.
  • We give you the option to customize the name display in the app, however it will show as AM or PM on the camp roster for students that are enrolled.

How to Set Up

1. Go to the Camp Overview Page
2. Select the gray settings cog in the right hand corner and select Extended Care
3. Complete the settings based on your preferred configuration
