Create A New User Account

To create a new user account in the Admin Dashboard go to the "Users" Tab.

  1. In the top right corner click the "New User" button.
    1. If you are adding the user to an existing family select "No" on the create new family drop down.
    2. If you are creating a new family select "Yes" on the create new family drop down.
  2. Add the family name
  3. Select account type
  4. Add First and Last name
  5. Add a unique email, no one else on your platform can be using it
  6. Click the green plus to add additional family members
  7. Click "Save" once you have added all the family members

Once the account is created their user detail page will pop up and more information can be added here.
