Create A New User Account

To create a new user account in the Admin Dashboard go to the "Users" Tab.

  1. In the top right corner click the "New User" button.
    1. If you are adding the user to an existing family select "No" on the create new family drop down.
    2. If you are creating a new family select "Yes" on the create new family drop down.
  2. Add the family name
  3. Select account type
  4. Add First and Last name
  5. Add an unique email, no one else on your platform can be using it.
  6. Check the box under the email field if you'd like to send their invite.
  7. Click the green plus to add additional family members.
  8. Click "Save" once you have added all the family members.

Once the account is created their user detail page will pop up and more information can be added here. The user will be prompted to add this information as well when they are going through the registration flow.


Information needed for account types

  • Parent - First and Last Name and an unique email.
  • Athlete - First and Last Name. Email is only required if you are going to allow this athlete to have their own login.
  • Staff - First and Last Name and an unique email.
