Configurable Checkout Copy
The Admin>Settings>Billing page contains a section for the administrator to define the checkout messages that will be displayed on the Parent App at the final steps of an enrollment. These checkout messages provide the parent with information about their enrollment into events, parties, classes and camps, and can include information regarding deposits, approvals and payment processing, as an example. There are default messages set up in FullOut, and these can be modified to state how the specific operations work for each business.
This feature allows customizing the application to align with specific requirements or preferences, ensuring it effectively showcases relevant profiles established for the business.
How to Manage the Copy
On the Admin>Settings>Billing page, scroll to the bottom of the page to Billing Checkout Messages section. The current messages are displayed, see image below. To modify the current copy in a category, select the pencil icon to edit that specific Type. The edit modal will appear (see image below) where the text can be modified. Select Save when text has been modified.
During the Event enrollment process on Parent App, the above text will be seen on the checkout page, and then on the confirmation page, as seen in the images below:
