Team Roster
The team roster report gives the administration a report of all of the athletes in a specific team session that are on teams. The team roster report provides the athlete, their parent(s) with the parent contact information.
How to Generate the Report
The options available for the generation of this report include the session, as described below. Once the selections are made, user will select the Generate Report button.

| Session | Drop Down | The session must be selected. The drop down will show all team sessions, including active, future and past sessions. |
| Hide photos with user | Checkbox | If checked, the photos of the athletes will be hidden in the report. This provides an optimized printing capability if printing is selected. |
If the Session option is changed after the report has been generated, the report must be regenerated by selecting the Regenerate Report button. The data will not be updated until that action is taken.
How to Read the Report
Once the report is generated, the exact date and time the report is generated is shown under the report title. There is a button called More in the upper right giving options to Print the report or Download CSV for capturing the data.
The contents of the report provides all athletes assigned to teams in the filtered session, as described below.

| Athlete | The athlete's name is given in this column. The name is a quick link to the athlete user page for easy access to the athletes details. The athletes are given per team, such that all athletes on one team are grouped together, then all athletes of the next team. If an athlete is on multiple teams, they will show up multiple times in the report. The report is ordered by team name alphabetically. |
| Team | This is the team that the athlete is a member of. |
| Parent | This column lists the names of the parents of the athlete. The parent names are links to their user detail page for quick access to more details. |
| This column lists the email addresses of the parents of the athletes. | |
| Phone | This column lists the phone numbers of the parents of the athletes. |
