Inviting New Users

This article will cover inviting new users to the system that already have an account made. If you want to learn more about New Account Registration, please follow the link.


There are 2 different methods to inviting a new user to the platform:

  1. Invite Status from the Settings
  2. Send Invite button from User Page

The invite will go to the email on file and the subject will say "Join [Gym Name] on Full Out". Users must register via the web browser. To protect the data and security of your athletes, they are unable to look up athletes and claim accounts at this time. For them to gain access to their families data, they must follow the registration link sent to their email.


After the user completes account registration, they will be prompted to download the app and it will have links to the Apple and Google Play store for their convenience. Please remind parents that they will need to allow the app to send them push notifications so they can stay the most up to date with messages, notifications, and more!

Invite Status Page

The invite status page can be found under Settings. This list will show you all users that have a user account created, but have not signed into Full Out to complete their account registration. When an invite is sent, all users are sent through the account registration process to verify the accuracy all the information on their account. If there is any missing information on their account, they will also be prompted to add it to continue onboarding.


You can use the search or filters at the top to easily look for a particular user.

Invite Status Description
Sent These users have previously received an invite to the software via email. This information can be tracked in the column labeled "Last Invite Sent" as well.
Never Sent These users have not been sent an invite to the platform. Either staff manually added them to system or an additional parent was added to an account.

To send an invite:

  1. Select the check box next to the users name
    1. If you would like to send to everyone, select the check box located in the gray header
  2. A "Send Invites" button will appear with the number of people selected under

User Page

To send an invite— click the three dots in the corner and select "Send Invite Email". There are a couple of pieces of data you can collect from the user page about one's account:

  • Last Connected: This will show you the last time this user was signed into Full Out.
  • Email: This is the login email associated with this account. You can change this by clicking the three dots in the right hand corner, and parents can change their login email by going to their Account Settings.
  • Account Created: The date the user was added to Full Out and it will say either Admin or Parent. If it says parent, this means they signed up themselves from your gyms registration.
  • Onboarding Complete: This lets you know if they have completed the self onboarding on the app where they are required to verify their information.
