Rec Enrollment Status

The rec enrollment status report gives a breakout of rec session enrollment statuses per athlete. Athlete's are listed with the count of various enrollment statuses for the specific rec session selected.

How to Generate the Report

The options available for the generation of this report include the session and the enrollment status, as described below. Once the selections are made, user will select the Generate Report button.

Report Configurations	Options
Session	Drop Down	The session must be selected. The drop down will show all recreation sessions, including active, future and past rec sessions.
Status	Drop Down	This drop down is defaulted to All Statuses, but specific enrollment status can be selected in the drop down. For instance, if user wants to see all athletes with a drop status for this session, only athletes with that status will be shown in the report.
Hide photos with user	Checkbox	If checked, the photos of the athletes will be hidden in the report. This provides an optimized printing capability if printing is selected.

If the Session option is changed after the report has been generated, the report must be regenerated by selecting the Regenerate Report button. The data will not be updated until that action is taken.

How to Read the Report

Once the report is generated, the exact date and time the report is generated is shown under the report title. There is a button called More in the upper right giving options to Print the report or Download CSV for capturing the data.

The contents of the report provides the enrollment status per athlete, as described below.

Report Data	Detailed Data
Athlete	The athlete's name is given in this column, alphabetically by last name. The family name is shown under the athlete's name. The names are also a quick link to the athlete detailed page and the family detail page.
Pending Enrolled Waitlist Declined Dropped	A column for each of the enrollment status types is shown in the report. For each athlete, there will be a number in the appropriate columns indicating how many of that enrollment status this athlete has for the rec session selected.
