Membership Fees
The membership fees report provides a summary of the collected membership fees per family, broken down by athlete, for a membership year as defined in the Admin>Settings>Annual Membership. This report is available to view this specific revenue category since membership fees are a key source of income for many organizations,
How to Generate the Report
The options available for this report include the Membership Year. Once the selection is made, user will select the Generate Report button.

| Membership Year | Drop down of available membership years as defined in the Settings | This drop down will allow the user to select any of the defined membership years as set up in the Admin Settings page under Annual Membership. Annual Membership allows the administration to define the fees for a time period, under a specific designation. |
If the Membership Year is changed after the report has been generated, the report must be regenerated by selecting the Regenerate Report button. The data will not be updated until that action is taken.
How to Read the Report
Once the report is generated, the exact date and time the report is generated is shown under the report title. There is a button called More in the upper right giving options to Print the report or Download CSV for capturing the data.
The contents of the report gives a breakdown by family, and then by athletes of that family, of the amount invoiced for the membership fees for the membership year selected. The invoiced amount, invoice number and the post date of that invoice are all additional information provided on the report. The total athlete count and invoiced amount are summarized at the bottom of the report. The details of the report contents are given below.
| Family | The family names are given in alphabetical order. The family name is a link to the family detail page for further analysis. |
| Athlete | Each athlete within the family that has been invoiced for membership fees is listed. The athlete name is a link to the athlete's detail page for further information about that athlete. |
| Price | The amount invoiced for membership fees for that athlete |
| Invoice # | The invoice number the membership fees are included on |
| Post Date | The post date of the invoice that contains the membership fees |
