Parents Book a Party Through App

Parents with a login can book a party through the parent app.

How Parents Book a Party

  1. On the parent app home screen, select New Enrollment
  2. Select Book Party

  1. The next screen will show your custom message if the admin set this up under settings >Party Manager > Custom Message
  2. Select Let's Party!
  3. Parents will select a location from the dropdown if the gym has multiple locations or party types
  4. Once you select the party type, the parent will choose the athlete the party is for

  1. The next screen, the parent will select the date/time they want to book based on the dates/times you made available in admin setting.

  1. Parents will select their package of choice and the amount of guests they are expecting. If they go over the guest amount the package covers, it will show how much it will cost for additional guests.
    1. If you have questions you setup in admin, parents will be required to answer them before moving forward.

  1. Parents will choose if they want any party add-on's and how many.

  1. On the checkout screen, parents will see the date and time of the party, party package, the "estimated" total, and the amount due upon booking the party. The amount due upon booking will show up if you have a deposit required.
    1. It says "estimated" total in case anything is added on the day of the party or any time leading up to the party.
  2. If parties are set to request, the parent won't be charged until the party is accepted by an admin. If parties are set to instant approval, the parents card will be charged at checkout.
