Report Data Detailed Data
Date This column contains the dates of each transaction. The date listed is the date the invoice was sent to the family, or the date the family made a payment depending on what type of transaction it is.
Type This section details the type of transaction each entry is. A charge is a fee charged to the family. A payment is going to be any time the family has made a payment on an invoice.
Description The description section is going to either be the line item created for the fee or other fee descriptions such as Global Fees or Late Fees. For payments, this section will list what type of payment was applied: credit, card, cash, or check.
Invoice Number This section provides the invoice number for each transaction that works as a direct link to the invoice itself.
Amount This column details the exact amount for each charge in this report.
Tax For any charges that had tax applied to them, the amount charged for tax will be listed in this column.
Total Amount The total amount column adds the amount charged with the tax that was applied, so you can view the total amount of that transaction.
Payment A number will only be listed in this column if the transaction is listed as a payment.
Balance The balance column provides a running total of how much the family owes after each transaction, adding charges and subtracting payments made along the way.

The total amount paid and refunded to the family will be listed at the bottom of the report.
