Email Templates
Creating email templates allows your team to quickly send individual emails to a family. These templates will be available to send from the email option on a Family Page. The template name only will show internally on the admin dashboard, your customers will not see it.
To create a new email template or edit an existing one:
- Settings > Communication > Email Templates
- Click +New Template or Select the pencil icon to edit an existing template
Editing a template will not update emails that have previously been sent. To disable a template from showing as an option on a Family Page - please toggle the active button.
To send an email template:
- Go to the Family Page
- Click the Send Email button in the left menu under the family's name
- Select the template from the dropdown menu
- All users with an email on file will automatically populate in the recipients field - you can remove them and email specific people.
- You may edit the body text, it will only update this one email and it will not edit the template.
- Click Send Email
All emails will be logged under the communication tab for specific users in the family.
