Email Templates

Creating email templates allows your team to quickly send individual emails to a family. These templates will be available to send from the email option on a Family Page. The template name only will show internally on the admin dashboard, your customers will not see it.


To create a new email template or edit an existing one:

  1. Settings > Communication > Email Templates
  2. Click +New Template or Select the pencil icon to edit an existing template

Editing a template will not update emails that have previously been sent. To disable a template from showing as an option on a Family Page - please toggle the active button.


To send an email template:

  1. Go to the Family Page
  2. Click the Send Email button in the left menu under the family's name
  3. Select the template from the dropdown menu
  4. All users with an email on file will automatically populate in the recipients field - you can remove them and email specific people.
  5. You may edit the body text, it will only update this one email and it will not edit the template.
  6. Click Send Email

All emails will be logged under the communication tab for specific users in the family.
