Merge User
Merging a User into an Existing Family
If a user creates a new family during account setup but their family already exists in Full Out, you can merge the user into the correct existing family.
Steps to Merge a User
Open the existing family profile
Go to the Family Details tab of the family you want to add the user to.
Add the user to the family
Click the green “+” icon next to Members.
Search for the user
Enter the user’s name to locate the account you want to move.
Verify account setup
Review the family and user details to ensure everything is correct after the move.
Important Notes
Billing is family-based.
Any existing invoices associated with the user’s previous family will not transfer to the new family.
Deleting the old family:
If needed, you can delete the user’s old family profile by navigating to:
Users > Family > Search for Family > Delete
However, a family cannot be deleted if it has invoice history or an outstanding balance.
