Disable Users

Disabling a user will not automatically remove their enrollments or assignments!

Instead of deleting users in Full Out - we urge you to disable a user to maintain a history and record of their interaction with your gym. Disabling a user will not allow them to sign into your platform, this is also the best protection from them making a new account with the same email address. If you disable an athlete, in addition they will not be allowed to enroll from the parent app or the admin platform.


Parents, athletes, and staff do not have the ability to disable or enable their own account. They will need to contact admin to do this from the admin platform.

How to Disable or Enable a User:

  1. Go to the Users Detail Page
  2. Find the section labeled Account Details and select the ellipsis
  3. Select Disable or Enable and save
