Document Expiration

Depending on the type and content of your document, you may set it to automatically expire and re-issue. We recommend consulting with a legal professional to determine whether your document should include an enforceable validity period.

• Re-signature due dates are based on when the document was signed - not issued.
• Set the days in advance you want the reminder to go out about that document.
• Expired documents will still be searchable in the documents and user table
