Time Cards
Create Staff Time Blocks
This is an optional setting that requires your staff to set time blocks during a shift to detail what they did. To turn this on, you will need to create categories by going to Settings > Staff > Timecard Settings and make sure they are enabled.
With this enabled, staff must select at least one Time Block when ending a shift. The Time Blocks must be equal to the total amount of the total shift.
To pull a report with Time Block categories, from Admin go to Time Tools > Time Card Records and switch the Data View drop down to Assignment Totals.
Enable Staff to Edit & Add Timecards
Go to Settings > Staff > Timecard Settings to turn on the ability for staff to edit and add their own timecards. If this is enabled, staff can edit their timecards by going to the Timecard History page:
- Add new timecard record
- Edit record by selecting the record from the menu
- Please note: Staff will not be able to edit shifts that have been approved previously by admin, these can still manually be adjusted by admin.
- You must edit the Clock In and Clock Out time to adjust Time Blocks
